Even though its named as a Jasper its actually more of a marble as opposed to a true Jasper. Came originally from China who also called it Thousand Eye Jasper. Is also known as Zebra Marble. It is a form of marble composed of the fossilised ancestors of the oyster formed in a mineral matrix. Generally a nurturing, protective and grounding stone. It rejuvenates and strengthens. As a black and white stone, it is also used for balance, bringing relaxation, wellbeing and Serenity.
